I would like to thank you for introducing Country Style Food Services Inc to your Video Mystery Shopping Program.
Your package and brochure first caught my attention approximately three months ago. Your complimentary on site video demonstration of one of our Country Style restaurants operation was very professionally done and revealing. I realized after viewing the footage that we could accomplish two key initiatives.
1. Observation of how our standards and customer service metrics is being executed in our restaurants. Your ability to move around the site to all functional and key customer areas (washrooms, parking lot etc) while maintaining a strong video presence has allowed us (management) to "feel" the experience that our customer is receiving at the restaurant level. Our Regional Business Managers then uses the video to show the franchisee the experience that is being delivered. This is a very powerful tool when it is being viewed and the individual is on the screen, and the franchisee can see the actual footage. This also allows us at Country Style Food Services Inc to recognize top performers and build incentives in conjunction with your program.
2. Audit Program. Your program has now become our new audit program. For years we have used a program that was never conclusive in it's results, but nothing is as powerful as a franchisee on video not recording sales into the P.O.S. Your program has allowed us to identify franchisees where transactions were not being rung through in the P.O.S. We have been able to collect on royalties of sales not being recorded and in one case we have terminated a franchisee agreement and was able to collect on an outstanding debt that was significant to the company.
Eddie, thank you. Your fast response, quick turnaround on your visits, being professional and personable has made this program a positive addition to the Counrty Style Food Services Inc Operation System.
